The All-Sufficient Grace
Unarchive #01, at PYPA, IPC Pentecostal Church of Ireland, Dublin
Join us for the very first edition of the newsletter of IPC PCI Church, Ireland!
We believe that His grace is all-sufficient through every season, trial, and circumstance of our lives. Let’s delve deeper into understanding His all-sufficient grace through these segments, curated just for you!
The All-Sufficient Grace
2 Corinthians 12:9 reminds us: “But he said to me, ‘My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.’”
What Is Grace?
Grace is God’s free and undeserved gift to us. It comes entirely from His initiative and can only be received by faith - not earned by our efforts. In simple terms, grace is the unmerited favour of God. It is when He gives love, forgiveness, or blessings that we could never deserve.
A beautiful picture of grace can be seen in the story of a cat and a mouse:
A mother cat’s kittens were about to be drowned by some boys under the direction of a house mistress who didn’t want more cats. A person, noticing the mother cat’s distress, intervened and rescued the kittens. He brought them to his cottage and cared for them. Later, out of gratitude, the mother cat brought him a large, fat mouse—the best gift she could offer, even though the person had no need for it.
From this simple story, we see how grace works:
The person’s rescue was an act of unearned kindness. The mother cat could do nothing to earn or deserve his help.
The cat’s mouse, though useless to the person, was her sincere expression of gratitude.
This mirrors our relationship with God: we cannot repay Him or offer anything He needs, yet He still saves, loves, and helps us freely.
Our good deeds, like the cat’s gift, are not required by God—they cannot earn grace-but they express a heart transformed by His undeserved love.
Grace is like the person’s mercy-freely given, not required, not deserved-yet powerful enough to change the one who receives it.
Life brings many seasons-some joyful, some sorrowful-but a Christian holds one unchanging hope: Jesus Christ is with us in them all.
In seasons of blessing, when we are tempted to trust in possessions or success, the grace of Christ teaches humility and gratitude.
In seasons of trials or sickness, when our strength fails, God reminds us, “My grace is sufficient for you.”
As Romans 8:39 declares, “neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord.”
His grace is enough-in every moment, in every circumstance, in every season of life.

Book Recommendation
The Pursuit of God emphasizes that the heart of the Christian life is an intimate, ongoing relationship with God. Tozer urges believers to seek God earnestly, not merely for blessings or answers, but for His presence itself. True spirituality comes from a deep hunger for God, a willingness to surrender self, and a continual awareness of His holiness and nearness. The book challenges Christians to move beyond ritual and routine, cultivating a life of prayer, devotion, and personal communion with God.

Pastor’s Corner
Greetings in the precious name of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ.
The grace of God has been upon every generation, and it continues through all age groups, guiding and sustaining us through His mercy.
From the very beginning of IPC Pentecostal Church of Ireland, founded in 2008, we have witnessed His hand of grace leading us forward.
Since the early days of our church, the youth fellowship, PYPA, has played a vital role in nurturing the spiritual growth of our young people. Through God’s grace, our youth are now stepping into a new venture by launching this newsletter through PYPA.
As the pastor of this church, I am delighted to dedicate this first issue to our Almighty God, for the glory of His Holy name, in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit.
I extend my heartfelt congratulations to all the PYPA members. It is my prayer that this initiative will not only bring glory to God, but also help each of you grow in your gifts and use them for the expansion of His Kingdom.
Grace and peace be with you all. Blessings in the name of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ.
In His service,
Pr. Jiji M. Varughese.
Greetings
Sunday School
Dear Church,
Greetings in the love and grace of our Lord Jesus Christ.
I want to say how delighted we are to see your energy, creativity and faith shining through this newsletter to proclaim God’s Word in different ways.
You are at an exciting stage of life—filled with potential, questions, growth, and the promise of what God is doing in and through you. My hope and prayer is that you will stand firm for Christ, keep shining the light of Christ, and keep using your gifts to serve others.
“Don’t let anyone look down on you because you are young, but set an example for the believers in speech, in conduct, in love, in faith and in purity.” (1 Timothy 4:12)
“Trust in the LORD with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight.” (Proverbs 3:5-6)
Keep using your talents, keep encouraging one another. May the Lord Almighty bless this Newsletter and it will be useful for many souls.
With Prayers and Blessings,
Br. Varghese Thomas,

Ladies Fellowship
Greetings in the precious name of our Lord Jesus Christ.
We are grateful for the opportunity to share a word of encouragement as we begin this new edition of our church newsletter. The Ladies Ministry rejoices in the goodness of God and in the strength He continues to pour into His Church through the prayers and faithfulness of His people.
Throughout Scripture, God has used women like Deborah, Priscilla, Phoebe, and Mary Magdalene to bless, lead, and uplift His people. We are encouraged by their example and reminded that God still works through women today to build families, strengthen the church, and advance His kingdom.
Our prayer is that this newsletter will inspire your heart, strengthen your faith, and bless every reader in a meaningful way.
May the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you all.
Is His Service,
Sis. July Jacob
